Regular Visiting Hours 7:30am – 8:00pm
All 30, 45, and 60 Minute Drop In visit arrival time scheduled will be categorized as followed:
Morning: 7:30am – 10:30am
Midday: 11:00am – 3:30pm
Afternoon/Evening: 4:00pm – 8:00pm (last visit)
After Hours: 8:30pm – 7:30am (additional $10 rate will be added to regular rate, excludes extended evenings & overnight visits)
Extended Evening Tuck-Ins: 2 hour evening visits (arrival anytime between 6:00pm – 8:30pm)
Overnights: 8:00pm – 10:00pm (arrival time); 5:30am – 7:30am (departure time)
Drop In Visits with Overnight Visit
Late Morning/Midday Visits: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Afternoon Visits: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
*Healthy cats and other indoor only pets without the need for timed sensitive medications will be visited anytime between 7:30am-8:30pm. We do NOT offer every other day (EOD) visits for cats and other indoor only pocket pets.
**We do NOT offer exact arrival times due to possible inclement weather, pet emergencies, traffic, pet accident cleanups and other issues that may not be within our control. During very heavily scheduled days and holidays including weekends we may have extended working hours at our discretion to accommodate each household to ensure quality care.
Observed Holidays
Yes, we do pet sit on all national, federal, and religious holidays. Holidays are the busiest time for professional pet sitters with very limited space for vacation pet sitting. Please reserve as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your needs. An additional fee per visit will apply depending on specified holiday and the number of visits needed. Holiday weekends will be charged when a holiday lands either on a Monday, Friday or the date it is closest to the weekend. Please inquire for rates.
